More about myself. I'm a devoted family man, a passionate software engineer and real estate developer. When I'm not immersed in technology and real estate, you'll find me dirt biking or fueling my fascination for flying cars (pet project:
Jetpod).
Having spent the better part of my life in the US, I had the privilege of working with great companies like Wal-Mart, HP, USAA, Philip Morris, and Deloitte, where I built innovative software solutions.
As a builder, I took the leap and founded
Byblos Homes, overseeing the development of numerous real estate projects, over 500 apartments. During my time in Lebanon, I struggled with an address-less real estate industry, plagued by inadequate online marketplaces, bureaucratic processes, and limited accessibility to crucial data. Even simple tasks like a
Lot Lookup, size, and, most importantly,
location posed significant hurdles.
How do you shop, view or get data about properties without location?!
You can't. It's a violation of the laws of physics, the 3 most important rules of real estate: Location. Location. Location.
It became evident that the key to success in real estate lies in location-based data.
And so, with a burning passion to revolutionize the industry, I took the initiative and built IV2 from the ground up. My vision is to
empower an address-less industry with an abundance of location-based data.
