How does it work? Simple:

2. Create a new listing for sale, then await listing approval (within 24 hours)
3. Receive a free copy of the title deed record
Promotional Terms
The terms “Title Records,” “Title Deed,” and “Lien Record” are synonymous and interchangeable, henceforth collectively referenced as “title,” “lien,” or “deed” within this legal context.
1. Eligibility: In order to qualify, listing must (a) be offered FOR SALE, (b) comply with IV2’s Listings Quality Policy, (c) comply with Terms and Conditions, (d) include cadaster, lot and section (where applicable), must be (e) within territorial boundaries of Lebanon, (f) within available list of cadasters and (g) within list of available lot types on IV2.
2. Requirements: The submission necessitates the inclusion of specific identification details such as the cadaster (city), lot, and section number (where applicable). Users have the option to hide lot info from other users when posting (within agent section).
3. Limits: Users and businesses may obtain up to a maximum of 10 (ten) unique title records per user account per household per entity per business, with a limit of 1 (one) unique title record per unique lot number. The promotion is restricted to the initial 1,000 (one-thousand) newly posted listings. Eligibility is determined on a first-come, first-served basis without bias or discrimination.
4. Origination: The electronic records of title deeds are expected to originate from the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon.
5. Liability: IV2 shall not be held responsible for any lack of availability or restrictions caused by the Ministry of Finance or other electronic means or any unforeseen event, if encountered. Nor shall IV2 be held liable for user abuse and misuse of service. User bears responsibility for access authorization to Title record.
6. Account: The user account must be duly verified and in good standing according to the established guidelines and policies set by IV2.
7. Time Limit: Listings must be submitted no later than November 20, 2023, to be considered valid.
8. Compliance: Any abuse and/or violation of these stipulations may result in the imposition of a permanent ban and the revocation of titles, listings, and/or user accounts.
9. Non-Transferability: The free title deed is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
10. Amendments: Promotion subject to early termination without notice. These promotional terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
